I work at the intersection of technology, operations and business — mostly on the unglamorous middle, where a working model meets a working day. I am passionate about technology automation, customer service and social change. My work focuses mostly on the agriculture, food and energy industries.

Optimisation. I run Tyson, a transport optimisation solution for agriculture and F&B. I have written a primer on route optimisation for P&L owners here.

Computer vision. I apply computer vision technologies to acquire operational data and support data-driven decision making.

Teaching. I am affiliated with Emeritus and ISB, where I serve as a guest speaker for the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and PGP programmes. I am passionate about executive education, mostly helping COOs demystify tech.

Writing. My essays examine business, technology and society, particularly the gap between strategy and execution, alongside occasional personal pieces. The Nike case study is written up here.
